2019 is coming to an end. The ASL GRP factory has seen one of the busiest years to date. Our largest projects have been vehicle armouring, from 3D moulded STANAG level 2 protection to full vehicle ARC – Attack Resistant Composite.
These are just a couple examples of what we have been working on this year…
To date, ASL GRP have completed 3 full ARC installations in Poland for Szczesniak. ARC – Attack Resistant Composite, will provide protection against petrol bombs, light arms and projectiles such as hammers or pick axes (click to see testing example). Further fit-outs will complete in 2020.
ASL GRP exhibition features
ASL GRP work has featured on various exhibitors stands this year, including JANKEL, with our Spall Liner protection, and the MST (Marine Specialised Technology) showing their RIB console protected with our bespoke, coated Legion Polyethylene panels.
With the order book filling nicely, a busy R&D schedule, new products being tested and announced, and new customer relations, 2020 looks set to be incredibly productive.
