Due to recent developments with Covid-19, we wanted to reassure our customers, distributors and suppliers that we are still operating business as usual. The health and wellbeing of our team, customers and families is of paramount importance, and we are following strict advice and guidelines from the Government, Public Health England and World Health Organisation.
Our manufacturing facilities, office and customer services are operating as expected and there is currently no change to the service we offer. We have introduced further cleaning and hygiene standards in the factories, updated employee travel and working policies – including 14 day isolation periods for those who have been abroad recently and remote working where possible – and are conducting client meetings via video and conference call for the foreseeable future.
